Contact inquiries
When you send an inquiry, the site stores the details you enter so Fii can read and reply. This can include your name, email, organisation, message, timing, team size, and budget range.
Email subscriptions
When you join the email list, the site stores your email, first name if provided, consent record, signup source, and delivery status. Amazon SES sends the email. You can unsubscribe from any email. Amazon SNS sends delivery, bounce, and complaint updates back to the site so it can stop sending mail that should not be sent.
Analytics
The site records a small set of first-party events to understand which pages and actions are useful. An anonymous session number stays in your browser until you close the tab. The server stores a one-way version of that number. It does not store your raw IP address for analytics. Raw events are removed after 400 days. The site does not record analytics when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.
AI experiences
If you use an AI feature, the text you submit may be sent to the provider selected by Fii Studio. The feature will tell you before this happens. Provider keys stay on the server and are never sent to your browser.
Security and spam checks
Contact and signup forms use request information for short-lived rate limits and spam checks. Raw IP addresses are not added to contact, subscriber, or analytics records.
Storage and removal
Site data is stored in a dedicated database on Fii's Netcup server. To ask what is stored about you, correct it, or remove it, email hi@fiistephen.com.
